The other day I had a bash at making your cornflake cookies. In the true spirit of the recipe I also threw in some rice puffs.
With half of the dough I made cookies (they were lovely, Thank you for sharing the recipe).
With the other half I made this:
I stewed a couple of eating apples for 5 minutes with some water then chucked them into the baking dish with a half full or two of frozen blueberries. Then I crumbled the cookie dough over top and scattered a heap of bashed up cornflakes over top. Then bunged it in the over until the cookie dough was cooked.
It was delicious!
Love it! Yay for creative cooking! Sounds yum.
